Immigration Law
Our firm represents qualified foreign nationals in seeking political asylum, obtaining nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence and citizenship through naturalization. We appear before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of State, Federal and State Courts. Our firm assists employers in obtaining the nonimmigrant and immigrant visas on behalf of their foreign employees, including but not limited to H-1B Specialty Occupations Visa.
Our immigration law practice was developed to provide our clients with a superb professional service. From our extensive experience we anticipate issues, by providing the CIS with a thorough and detailed petition and supporting documents to avoid questions being raised which may either delay or undermine the application.

It is very important to note that many documents being submitted to the Citizenship and Immigration Services shall be accompanied by the filing fee in the form of U.S. money order. The fee amounts change from time to time. Failure to submit a filing fee in the correct amount may result in rejection of your documents or cause a substantial delay. Please view this chart of the most recent fees.
It may seem that filling out a form or two is rather a simple process which does not require an attorney's assistance. Especially it is well known that the legal services are not cheap. Why not save some money when you can do it yourself? If the life was only that easy...
Practicing immigration law is not about filling out the forms and mailing them to the proper jurisdictional offices. As any other area of law, the immigration law includes the wide range of rules, regulations and instructions that must be strictly enforced. Only the legal practitioner may find that right solution to your particular problem. Often times your immigration matter will be heard before the Immigration Court where you would need an experienced professional legal help. |
